Our labour law department represents both employees and employers. We are geared to assist in workplace related disputes, wrongful dismissals as well as constructive dismissals. We also assist with the processes relating to restructuring and disciplinary hearings for employers who experience problems with employees.

Our Corporate Law department specializes in Commercial Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Trusts, Company Law and Close Corporations and legal advice relating to any of the above. Mr. Blackbeard currently serves on a public listed company’s executive committee board and advices this listed company on various legal aspects from time to time. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS (CRASH-BASH):

Our firm is able to assist with insurance claims relating to any motor vehicle accidents (MVA) as well as personal injuries relating to any MVA, including Third Party Claims (Road accident Fund – RAF). We serve on three major insurance companies panels of recovery attorneys and have a good success rate for collections on motor vehicle accidents.
